• Reconstruction of Victoria Avenue, a major arterial route in Point Edward, under the Canadian Infrastructure Program.
• Urban roads for developers in Sarnia, Plympton and Forest. Urban Road System (six miles Storm Sewers and two Large Storm Pump Stations for Point Edward including downtown beautification program).
• Complete Servicing for 250 Unit Subdivision for Residential Development
• City of Sarnia/Clearwater Master plan of road network and municipal services expansion to accommodate future urban development to the year 2011 including optimization of existing services.
• Reconstruction of five bridges and one culvert together with associated road reconstruction to accommodate new Sydenham River flood levels created by new conservation dam, County of Lambton.
