Mr. Keightley has thirty three years experience in the management, design and construction of major civil and structural engineering projects throughout the world. He is currently vice-president and co-owner of BKL Engineering. Areas of specific expertise include the project management of construction and commissioning of major Waste Water Treatment Plants in South Africa, Iraq and Ontario, design of U.V. disinfection and upgrades to the Petrolia Water Pollution Control Plant, the detailed design of a flood prevention project in Indonesia, design and detailing of water supply projects in Panama and the United Kingdom, and design and construction of Industrial and Commercial projects throughout the United Kingdom.
